Mrs Karin Kadenbach MEP and the College of Europe Environment and Health Groups invite you to a panel debate on “Antimicrobial Resistance: from vision to action”.

When? The event will take place on Tuesday 15 May 2018, between 16:00 and 18:00
Where? European Parliament, ASP 3H1 in Brussels.


The aim of the debate is to discuss the implementation of the EU One Health Action Plan and share views on how to tackle antimicrobial resistance with the main stakeholders.

Speakers include

  • Mrs Karin Kadenbach MEP,
  • Martial Plantady of the European Commission,
  • Dominique Monnet of the ECDC,
  • Kaisa Immonen, Policy Director, European Patient Forum,
  • Roxane Feller, Animal Health Europe
  • and Elizabeth Kuiper of the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries Associations (EFPIA).

After a presentation from each panelist setting out their views, an open discussion with the audience will take place.

Please sign up by 8 May. If you need an accreditation to enter the European Parliament's premises, don't forget to provide us your ID number and valid date during the registration process. We’ll be waiting for you on the day of the event with a badge at the entrance of the Altiero Spinelli Building, Place du Luxembourg side, at 15:30.
